Tumble Screening
Gentle, 3-axis screening with lower energy transferred to material. Benefits include: Handling smaller particles, reduced product degradation, reduced screen blinding, high cut point accuracy, up to 6 decks in one machine
Sizing by "Mogensen Principle"
With these higher volume machines, an inclination (or declination depending on perspective) is utilized. Offering up to 6 decks in one machine, theoretically seven cut points can be achieved with a single device without sacrificing quality. Alternatively, utilizing "relief" decks allows for efficiency in rate, energy consumption, and operational wear & tear.
Circular Motion w/ Inclination Screening
